Admission Procedure

• Any applicant or parent/guardian on behalf of an applicant can apply either by procurement of Scratch PINs from the admission office or by the use of debit card to pay for application.

• With the Scratch PIN, the applicant can click the apply-Now submenu under the main menu Admission at the menu bar.

• The Scratch PIN must be activated first and foremost before the application form.If the PIN is valid, the system will alert you to proceed.

• You must proceed immediately to the form area. Failure to proceed immediately after activation can invalidate your PIN..

• With ATM card/debit card, you dont need to procure scratch PIN. All you need to do is to apply with your ATM card to pay for application form online.

• On successful payment,the system shall redirect you to the form area

• Whichever be the method you have choosen, ensure you correctly enter the data requested

• On successful submission of the form data, the system shall supply you on the same page the followings: (a) The Form Number (b) Your usename which is the email you provided (3) Password you created

• You may or not receive the same data on your phone as SMS

• Or you directly copy the data and keep somewhere on your system for use to login to the applicant page

• To login to the applicant page, click returning applicant submenu under the main menu Admission at the menu bar

• Login with your form no,username(email) and the password(you created here)

• On successful login to the applicant page,you must upload the applicant's passport photogragh before printing or download of the application form

• You may need to visit the applicant page again to print/download the admission letter after your application has been activated by the school admission officer
